摘  要:国内环氧乙烷/乙二醇(EO/EG)装置多效蒸发系统腐蚀开裂的问题时有发生,给装置的安全生产带来了隐患。为研究该系统的腐蚀原因和腐蚀规律,在腐蚀调查的基础上,采用现场腐蚀挂片试验研究了常用材质在某EO/EG装置多效蒸发系统中的长周期腐蚀行为,结合现场腐蚀介质分析结果,探讨其腐蚀机理。研究结果表明,系统出现的腐蚀问题主要为不锈钢晶间应力腐蚀开裂,冷变形和敏化是引起应力腐蚀开裂的关键因素。最后提出了选材优化建议,为国内EO/EG装置的腐蚀防护提供参考。The problem of corrosion and cracking in the multi-effect evaporation system of domestic ethylene oxide/ethylene glycol(EO/EG)units occurred from time to time,posing a hidden danger to the safety production of the plants.In order to study the causes and mechanism of corrosion,based on corrosion investigation,the long-term corrosion behavior of commonly materials in a multi-effect evaporation system of an EO/EG device was explored using on-site coupon tests.Combined with the results by on-site corrosion medium analysis,the corrosion mechanism was explored.The research results indicated that the main corrosion problem in the system was intergranular stress corrosion cracking of the stainless steel,and cold deformation as well as sensitization were the key factors causing stress corrosion cracking.Furthermore,suggestions for material selection optimization were proposed,providing reference for corrosion protection of domestic EO/EG units.
