摘　　要：针对常减压蒸馏装置常压塔顶封头、顶部筒体部位腐蚀严重及工程建设中选材困难的问题,充分利用Hastelloy B-3合金优异的耐腐蚀能力,通过超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)开发出一种可直接用于设备内壁喷涂的耐蚀涂层,并通过盐雾试验、挂片试验等手段验证耐腐蚀涂层的应用效果。低成本实现提高关键易腐蚀部位的耐蚀能力,从而带来极高的经济、安全效益。As to the severe corrosion of top head and top cylinder of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,it was difficult to select materials for engineering construction.By fully utilizing the excellent corrosion resistance of Hastelloy B-3 alloy,a corrosion resistant coating that can be directly used for spraying on the inner wall of equipment was developed through high velocity oxygen fuel(HVOF).The application effect of corrosion-resistant coatings was verified by methods such as salt spray test and hanging test.This method can improve the corrosion resistance of key corrosion-prone parts at low cost,and bring high economic and safety benefits.
