摘　　要：新建石油化工项目中驱动汽轮机的动力蒸汽管道吹扫打靶工作难度大、耗时长、费用高,是项目建设和投产的关键线路,也是生产准备与试车工作的难点,根据多年炼化装置建设和开车经验,总结分析蒸汽管道在到货验收、管道预制、施工安装及清洗吹扫等全过程应重点监督管控的工作,以提高管道内部清洁度,缩短吹扫打靶时间,降低蒸汽消耗成本,为装置长周期稳定运行提供保障。In new petrochemical projects,the purging and target-hitting work of the power steam pipes driving steam turbines is highly challenging,time-consuming and costly.It constitutes a key aspect in project construction and commissioning,as well as a difficult and pain point in production preparation and test runs.Based on years of experience in the construction and startup of refining and chemical plants,the key aspects that should be closely supervised and controlled throughout the entire process were summarized and analyzed,including receipt inspection upon arrival of goods,pipe prefabrication,construction and installation,cleaning and purging,etc.,with the aim to enhance the internal cleanliness of the pipes,shorten the purging and target-hitting time,reduce steam consumption costs,and provide a guarantee for the long-term stable operation of the plant.
