摘  要:介绍了大型石油储罐浮顶外表面的腐蚀情况,分析了浮顶外表面腐蚀原因:浮顶制造及运行过程中发生变形导致积水,环境腐蚀介质溶于积水后在干湿交替工况下持续浓缩,积水冻融循环并耦合紫外线辐照导致涂层失去防护作用。介绍了新型防腐配套体系的底漆、中间漆、面漆的配方设计优化及性能评价,确保配套涂层的整体性能完全达到预期指标;通过实验室优化配方并进行中试放大,从而保证产品性能稳定。在大型储罐外浮顶上使用9年后对该涂层配套体系进行性能测试和分析,结果表明:该涂层的附着力为11.3~18 MPa,涂层未出现明显的失效现象,涂层整体状况良好。The corrosion situation on the external surface of the large oil storage tank floating roof was introduced and its corrosion mechanism was analyzed.During the manufacturing and operation of the floating roof,its deformation led to water accumulation,and the environmental corrosive medium dissolved in the water and continued to concentrate under wet and dry alternating conditions.The freezing and thawing cycles of accumulated water coupled with ultraviolet irradiation caused the coating to lose its protective effect.The formula design optimization and performance evaluation of the primer,intermediate and top coating of the new anti-corrosion matching coating system was introduced,ensuring that the overall performance of the coating fully met the expected specifications.Stable product performance was obtained by optimizing the formula in the laboratory and conducting pilot scale testing.After 9 years of its service on the floating roof of a large storage tank,performance testing and analysis were conducted on the coating system.The results showed that the coating adhesion was 11.3~18 MPa,and the overall coating condition was good without obvious failure.
