摘　　要：介绍了某炼化企业变压吸附氢提纯(PSA)装置的主要技术特点和基本运行情况。针对装置运行过程中出现的3次典型腐蚀案例进行了较为全面深入的分析,通过优化装置原料气组成、加强上游原料气的管控、调整原料气预处理流程以及对部分设备材质进行升级,较好地解决了装置腐蚀问题。同时针对PSA装置的腐蚀机理,从原料气管理、原料气预处理及装置腐蚀监控等方面提出了相关的防腐蚀建议,提高了装置运行的可靠性。The main technical characteristics and basic operation of a pressure swing adsorption hydrogen purification(PSA)unit in a refinery were introduced.Three typical corrosion cases occurred in the process of operation of the unit were comprehensively and deeply analyzed.By optimizing the composition of feed gas,strengthening its control and adjusting its pretreatment process,and upgrading some equipment materials,the corrosion problem of the unit was effectively solved.At the same time,according to the corrosion mechanism of PSA unit,some relevant anti-corrosion suggestions were proposed from the aspects of feed gas management,feed gas pretreatment and corrosion monitoring of the unit,to improve the operation reliability of the unit.
