摘  要:循环水冷却器的腐蚀是制约炼化企业长周期稳定运行的关键因素。从腐蚀机理层面出发,归纳总结了循环水侧和工艺介质侧的腐蚀类型和典型腐蚀失效案例;结合介质腐蚀特性,利用API RP581评估管束两侧的腐蚀速率,实现循环水冷却器的腐蚀分级管理。针对循环水冷却器的腐蚀在运行期间难以监测的现状,提出了包括水质分析、腐蚀挂片、腐蚀监测换热器和水冷器泄漏监测预警系统在内的腐蚀监检测措施。阐述的腐蚀机理和方法可为炼化企业的循环水冷却器管理提供参考和思路。The corrosion of circulating water coolers was a key factor restricting the long-term stable operation of refining enterprises.From the perspective of corrosion mechanism,the corrosion types and typical failure cases on the circulating water side as well as the process medium side were summarized.Meanwhile,based on corrosion characteristics of the medium,the corrosion rates on both sides of tube bundle were evaluated using API RP581 to realize corrosion classification management of the water coolers.In response to the difficulty in monitoring the corrosion of water coolers during operation,detection measures including water quality analysis,corrosion coupons,corrosion monitoring heat exchangers,and water cooler leakage monitoring and warning systems were proposed.The corrosion mechanism and methods described were intended to provide reference for the management of circulating water coolers in refining and chemical enterprises.
