摘  要:催化裂化装置吸收稳定系统解吸塔塔底再沸器气相返塔温度出现异常,气相返塔温度持续降低,最低温度为95.7℃。对解吸塔塔底再沸器工艺进行分析,确定了换热器管束及筒体为腐蚀风险区域;使用脉冲涡流技术对筒体风险区域进行扫查,使用远场涡流对管束进行检测,确定了相应的减薄位置。提出了适当提高塔底温度、降低再沸器底部水含量、对管束和壳体进行材质升级等防护措施。The gas phase reflux temperature of the bottom reboiler of the desorption tower in the absorption and stabilization system of the catalytic cracking unit was abnormal,and it continued to decrease,reaching a minimum temperature of 95.7℃.An analysis was conducted on the process of the bottom reboiler of the desorption tower,and the heat exchanger tube bundle and cylinder were identified as the corrosion risk areas.Pulsed eddy current technology was used to scan the risk areas of the cylinder,and far-field eddy current was used to detect the tube bundle,and then the corresponding thinning positions were determined.Protective measures were proposed such as appropriately increasing the bottom temperature of the tower,reducing the water content at the bottom of the reboiler,and upgrading the material of the tube bundle and shell.
