摘 要:某石化硫黄回收装置采用氨法脱硫工艺,在尾气焚烧单元后部增加脱硫系统,将液氨注入循环槽,与硫酸铵溶液进行混合,通过氨洗塔底的循环泵将混合溶液输送到氨洗塔,混合溶液经过多级喷淋与尾气充分接触,吸收其中的SO 2,实现尾气的达标排放。该硫黄回收装置自2018年投用以来,在装置正常生产及停工期间,尾气排放浓度均达到设计要求,但在2020年8月大修和2022年6月抢修过程中,均发现氨洗塔一级循环集液器的升气帽出现不同程度的损坏。该文分析了氨洗塔一级循环集液器升气帽损坏的原因,并提出了改进措施。The ammonia desulfurization process was adopted in a petrochemical sulfur recovery unit,and a desulfurization system was added at the rear of the tail gas incineration unit.Liquid ammonia was injected into the circulating tank,where it was mixed with ammonium sulfate solution,and then the mixed solution was transported to the ammonia washing tower through the circulating pump at its bottom.The mixed solution fully contacted with the tail gas by multi-stage spraying and the SO_(2) in it was absorbed to achieve the standard of tail gas emission.Since the sulfur recovery unit was put into operation in 2018,the exhaust emission concentration had met the design requirements during the normal production and shutdown periods of the device,but during the major overhaul in August 2020 and the emergency repair in June 2022,it was found that the riser cap of the first stage circulating liquid collector in the ammonia washing tower was damaged to varying degrees.In this paper,the damage cause of the riser cap was analyzed,and the improvement measures were proposed.
