合成气压缩机内缸腐蚀原因分析及对策

摘　　要：某化工厂甲醇合成装置合成气压缩机内缸在运行过程中发生腐蚀故障,其腐蚀形貌呈现典型的高温二氧化碳腐蚀形貌。对合成气压缩机内缸腐蚀情况进行宏观检查、腐蚀试块光谱分析、工艺分析以及二氧化碳腐蚀机理研究,结果表明:合成气压缩机内缸在特定工况条件下发生了二氧化碳局部腐蚀失效,影响二氧化碳腐蚀速率的主要因素为工艺气中水含量和工艺气温度。提出了工况改善、材质升级及结构优化等应对措施。During the operation of the synthesis gas compressor in a methanol synthesis unit of a chemical plant,corrosion and fault occurred in its internal cylinder,and it showed a typical high-temperature carbon dioxide corrosion morphology.Macroscopic inspection,spectral analysis of corrosion coupons,process analysis,and carbon dioxide corrosion mechanism study were conducted on its corrosion.The results showed that local carbon dioxide corrosion failure occurred in the internal cylinder of the synthesis gas compressor under specific operating conditions,and the main factors influencing the corrosion rate of carbon dioxide were the water content and temperature of the process gas.Protective measures such as improving operating conditions,upgrading materials and optimizing structures were proposed.
