摘　　要：针对马文化非物质文化遗产数字化传承的需求,设计并实现马文化旅游智能问答平台。运用OCR技术实现纸质文献的数字化转换与结构化处理,建立涵盖景点、历史、习俗等多维度信息的马文化旅游数据集。采用LlamaIndex框架构建检索增强生成系统(RAG);融合主流大语言模型的长上下文处理优势,并使用LoRA进行微调,最终开发部署马文化旅游智能问答平台。该平台为游客解答有关旅游景点、历史背景、当地文化习俗等诸多方面的问题,为游客提供即时、便捷的服务,有效提升游客的旅游体验。To address the digital preservation needs of equine culture as an intangible cultural heritage,this project designed and developed an intelligent Q&A platform for equine cultural tourism.It utilized OCR technology to achieve digital conversion and structured processing of paper-based literature,establishing a multidimensional dataset covering attractions,history,and customs related to equine culture.The LlamaIndex framework was employed to construct a Retrieval-Augmented Generation(RAG)system,integrating the long-context processing strengths of mainstream large language models(LLMs)and using LoRA(Low-Rank Adaptation)for fine-tuning.Finally,the intelligent Q&A platform for equine cultural tourism is developed and deployed.The platform answers questions for tourists about tourist attractions,historical backgrounds,local cultural customs and many other aspects,providing instant and convenient services for tourists and effectively enhancing the tourists'travel experience.
