摘 要:工业行业产品种类繁多、生产工艺差异大、地域环境影响明显,制定较准确的用水定额难度大。本文基于已印发实施的《甘肃省行业用水定额(2023版)》的工业产品用水定额修订成果,分析了工业用水定额的几个关键问题,包括划分定额类型、确定用水边界、绿化用水计入量、非常规水源计入量等,为制定更加合理、实用、适用的工业产品用水定额提供技术支撑。With a wide variety of industrial products,significant differences in production processes,and significant regional environmental impacts,it is difficult to establish accurate water usage quotas.This article is based on the revised results of the industrial product water consumption quota of the“Gansu Province Industry Water Consumption Quota(2023 Edition)”that has been issued and implemented.It analyzes several key issues of industrial water consumption quota,including clarifying terminology concepts,dividing quota types,determining water consumption boundaries,calculating green water consumption,and calculating unconventional water sources.It provides technical support for formulating more reasonable,practical,and applicable industrial product water consumption quotas.
