摘 要:河长履职能力和意愿直接影响河长制的落实成效,通过充分利用信息化、大数据等技术,数据赋能河长培训,建立了以数据驱动为核心的针对性培训机制,构建了河长履职“能力—意愿”模型和“河长画像”,实现线上课程自动推送和线下培训精准服务,助力河长“能干、愿干、善干”,推动广州市河长制工作的持续深化和长效发展。The ability and willingness of river chiefs to perform their duties directly affect the effectiveness of the River Chief System.Guangzhou has made full use of information technology,big data,and other technologies to empower river chiefs training with data,established a targeted training mechanism centered on Data-driven training,and built a“ability-willingness”model and“river chiefs portrait”for the river chiefs performance,enabling automatic online course delivery and precise offline training services,helping river chiefs to be“capable,”“willing,”and“good at”their duties,and promoting the continuous deepening and long-term development of the river chief system in Guangzhou.
