摘　　要：佩德罗·桑切斯在2023年西班牙大选中成功连任,标志着中左翼工人社会党在该国经历了地方选举失利和提前选举的考验后,依然保住了自2018年以来的执政地位。这一胜利为欧洲整体向右的政治进程注入了一丝平衡力量。然而,桑切斯在新任期内面临着诸多挑战,包括因特赦引发的社会动乱、党派碎片化导致的施政阻碍、经济增长的承诺难以为继、社会问题解决方案的欠缺,以及国际国内问题的相互影响等。桑切斯曾在竞选期间提出了在统一的前提下与分裂主义政党展开对话、基于存异现状与其他政党寻找共识、在稳定的基础上谋求经济的增长、在包容的原则内承担更多社会责任、让西班牙在欧盟中发挥更大作用等八大“优先事项”。因此,回顾并总结桑切斯八大“优先事项”的实施现状,有助于厘清西班牙当前内忧外患的执政挑战,对于探索桑切斯及其新政府未来的执政重心和方向具有重要意义。Pedro Sánchez̓s successful re-election in the 2023 Spanish general election marked the resilience of the center-left Spanish Socialist Workers̓Party(PSOE),which retained its governing position since 2018 despite setbacks in local elections and the challenge of early elections.This victory injected a balancing force into the overall rightward political trend in Europe.However,Sánchez faces numerous challenges in his new term,including social unrest triggered by pardons,governance obstruction caused by party fragmentation,the difficulty of fulfilling economic growth promises,the lack of solutions to social problems,and the interplay between domestic and international issues.During the campaign,Sánchez proposed eight“priority issues”.These included engaging in dialogue with separatist parties under the premise of unity,seeking consensus with other parties amid existing differences,pursuing economic growth on the basis of stability,taking on greater social responsibilities within the principle of inclusiveness,and maintaining a unique stance in the face of international situations while working with EU counterparts.Therefore,reviewing and summarizing the implementation status of Sánchez̓s eight“priority issues”can help clarify Spain̓s current internal and external challenges and is of great significance for exploring the future governing focus and direction of Sánchez and his new government.
