摘 要:为解决钻采法中开采过程预留煤柱较大以及退杆过程煤层垮落等问题,依托钻采法矸石气力充填工艺,根据井下实际工况条件搭建不同长度和结构的气力输送实验台,模拟巷道内入料、输矸、充填和收料等气力输送状况,探究了矸石颗粒的管内运动状态、破碎情况与流场静压的关系。结果表明,管内最大静压值反映了首堆颗粒的数量;颗粒的破碎分布离散性随粒径增大而增大;流场的静压波动随颗粒破碎后粒径的增大而更加剧烈;长距离输送不同管道配置对输送时间影响明显,利用旋流增压器可提高长距离气力输送管道的输送能力。This study proposes to address large coal pillars reserved in coal auger mining and coal seam collapse during extraction.We adopted the gangue gas filling process of coal auger mining and set up the experimental platform of pneumatic conveying with different pipeline lengths and arrangement forms based on the actual working conditions underground to simulate the pneumatic conveying conditions of feeding,gangue conveying,filling and receiving in the roadway.This experiment recorded the state of movement,crushing situation and static pressure changes of flow field of gangue particles to investigate the relationship between particle movement state and static pressure of flow field.We found that 1)the maximum static pressure in the pipe reflects the number of particles in the first pile;2)the distribution of particles crushing increases with increasing particle size;3) the fluctuation of static pressure in the flow field is more violent with increasing particle size after crushing;4) the effect of different pipeline configurations in long-distance conveying on conveying time and the use of cyclone intensifier to im-prove the conveying capacity of the long-distance pipeline. This study provides an methodological refer-ence to the industrial promotion of underground gangue pneumatic filling systems.
