“十三五”期间中国林下经济产业发展特征分析

摘　　要：以“十三五”期间中国林下经济产业产值为研究对象,采用区位熵和偏离—份额分析研究林下经济产业发展特点。结果表明:中国林下经济产业年产值“十三五”期间增长了79.8%,全国林下经济产业发展好于林业产业总体发展情况,2020年浙江、江西和广西年产值均超过了千亿元,总和占全国的62.6%;“十三五”期间林下经济增长率超过全国的有江西、贵州、广东、湖北、浙江、宁夏和江苏,全国的林下经济产业发展分化趋势在加剧,呈现两极分化;林下经济产业均呈集聚的地方有浙江、广西、黑龙江、江西和福建;“十三五”期间各地的林下经济产业发展地位和发展潜力方面差异较大,浙江、江西、湖北、广东、贵州和宁夏等6地林下经济产业是竞争力很强的好产业。This paper takes the output value of the non-timber forest-based economy industry in China during the“13th Five-Year Plan”period as the research object,using location entropy and shift-share analysis to study the development characteristics of this industry.The results show that the annual output value of the industry in China increased by 79.8%during the“13th Five-Year Plan”,and the development of the industry in this country was better than that of the overall forestry industry.The annual output value of Zhejiang,Jiangxi,and Guangxi exceeded 100 billion yuan in 2020,accounting for 62.6%of the country's total of this industry.During the“13th Five-Year Plan”period,the growth rate of the non-timber forest-based economy in Jiangxi,Guizhou,Guangdong,Hubei,Zhejiang,Ningxia,and Jiangsu exceeded that of the whole country,and the differentiation trend of the economic and industrial development of the whole country was intensifying,showing polarization.The provinces where the economy and industry were clustered were Zhejiang,Guangxi,Heilongjiang,Jiangxi,and Fujian.During the“13th Five-Year Plan”period,the development status and development potential of the non-timber forest-based economy industry in different provinces were quite different,in which those in Zhejiang,Jiangxi,Hubei,Guangdong,Guizhou,and Ningxia are of strong competitiveness.
