摘　　要：文章介绍了欧洲投资银行贷款湖南森林提质增效示范项目来源和背景,阐述了麻阳县实施项目的基本情况,总结了项目实施中的成功做法和经验;分析了项目后期管理的潜在风险和应对措施,并提出了可持续发展的建议,为森林提质增效示范项目的成效巩固及管理提供了参考经验和方法借鉴。This article introduces the source and background of the European Investment Bank loan for the Hunan Forest Quality and Efficiency Improvement Demonstration Project,elaborates on the basic situation of the project implementation in Mayang County,and summarizes the successful practices and experiences during the implementation.The author also analyzed the management risks and countermeasures in the later stage of the project,put forward suggestions for sustainable development,and provided reference experience for other counties and cities in the follow-up development and management of forest quality and efficiency demonstration projects.
