六种蝽象雄性生殖系统形态研究

摘　　要：研究不同蝽象雄性生殖系统形态结构,可为进一步研究分类及其系统发育提供特征依据。研究采用光学显微镜技术观察比较了6种蝽象雄性生殖系统形态结构,发现6种蝽象雄性生殖系统均由精巢、贮精囊、输精管、中胚层附腺、外胚层附腺、射精囊、射精管及外生殖器组成,但不同类群间雄性生殖系统形态在精巢小管排列方式、贮精囊及中胚层附腺位置、形状等方面存在差异。结合已报道种类,推断雄性生殖系统中贮精囊与中胚层附腺的位置及发达程度可能为区分缘蝽、红蝽、长蝽不同类群的形态特征。The study of the morphological structure of the male reproductive system of different Pentatomidae spp.can provide characteristic basis for further research of taxonomy and phylogenetics.In this study,the morphological structures of the male reproductive system of six species of Pentatomidae were investigated using optical microscopy technology.The male reproductive system of these six species consisted of testes,seminal vesicles,vas deferens,mesodermal and ectodermal accessory glands,ejaculatory sac,ejaculatory duct,and external genitalia.However,the morphology of male reproductive system of different species varied in the arrangement of testicular follicles and the position and shape of seminal vesicles and mesodermal accessory glands.Combining with the reported species,we hypothesize that the position and degrees of development of seminal vesicles and mesodermal accessory glands in the male reproductive system may be the morphological features for distinguishing different taxa of the Coreidae,Pyrrhocoridae,and Lygaeidae.
