五味子根茎叶果多糖镇静催眠及抗焦虑作用

摘　　要：目的通过小鼠行为学试验,比较五味子根、茎、叶、果多糖的镇静、催眠和抗焦虑作用。方法检测五味子根、茎、叶、果多糖对小鼠自主活动、睡眠率、睡眠时间、高架十字迷宫及高架零迷宫行为学的影响。结果在镇静试验中,根、茎、果多糖均显示具有良好的镇静作用;在催眠试验中,根、茎、叶、果多糖均显示出一定的催眠作用,且茎和果多糖作用更强,其次是根多糖,最后为叶多糖;在抗焦虑试验中,根、茎、叶、果多糖均显示出良好的抗焦虑作用,根多糖作用更强,其次是茎多糖,最后为果多糖。结论五味子根、茎、叶、果多糖具有镇静、催眠、抗焦虑作用,且茎和果多糖作用更为显著。Objective Comparison of sedative,hypnotic and anxiolytic effects of Schisandra chinensis root,stem,leaf and fruit polysaccharides by behavioural tests in mice. Methods To detect the effects of Schisandra chinensis root,stem,leaf and fruit polysaccharides on voluntary activity,sleep rate,sleep duration and behavioral studies in the elevated plus maze and elevated zero maze in mice. Results In the sedative test,root,stem and fruit polysaccharides showed a good sedative effect.In the hypnotic test,root,stem,leaf and fruit polysaccharides demonstrated some hypnotic effect,with the effect of stem and fruit polysaccharides being stronger,followed by root polysaccharide,and lastly leaf polysaccharide.In the anxiolytic test,root,stem,leaf and fruit polysaccharides exhibited a good anxiolytic effect,with the effect of root polysaccharide being stronger,followed by stem polysaccharide,and lastly fruit polysaccharide. Conclusion Polysaccharides from the root,stem,leaf and fruit of Schisandra chinensis exhibit sedative,hypnotic and anxiolytic effects,with the stem and fruit polysaccharides demonstrating more significant effects.
