摘  要:采用EDTA柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法制备NdBaCo_(2-x)Cu_(x)O_(5+δ)(NBC_(2-x)C_(x)O,x=0,0.1,0.3,0.5)阴极材料,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和扫描电镜(SEM)等分析阴极粉末的物相和微观结构,并测定电化学阻抗谱。结果表明:掺杂Cu可降低材料的热膨胀系数,增加晶格氧释放,增大氧空位浓度,提高阴极、电解质界面处氧离子转移的面电导率和吸附氧原子还原成吸附氧离子的面电导率,提高阴极材料的催化活性,有助于阴极体内氧还原反应;NBC_(1.9)C_(0.1)O具有更好的电化学性能,极化电阻从700℃的0.26Ω·cm^(2)减少到800℃的0.086Ω·cm^(2)。NdBaCo_(2-x)Cu_(x)O_(5+δ)(NBC_(2-x)C_(x)O,x=0,0.1,0.3,0.5)was prepared using the EDTA-citric complexing method.The phase and microstructure of the series of materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and scanning electron microscope(SEM).Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy was further measured.The thermal expansion coefficient(TEC)of NBC_(2-x)C_(x)O decreased with increasing Cu content,and the introduction of Cu was beneficial for the release of lattice oxygen.The area conductivity of the oxygen ions transfer from the three-phase interface to the electrolyte and the area conductivity of the electron charge transfer were enhanced by the increased oxygen vacancy concentration.NBC_(1.9)C_(0.1)O exhibited the greatest electrochemical performance,with polarization resistances was decreased from 0.26Ω·cm^(2)at 700℃to 0.086Ω·cm^(2)at 800℃.
