摘  要:探讨不同步行运动量对稳定期B级慢性阻塞性肺部疾病(COPD)患者疲乏感的影响。选取符合纳排标准的144例患者为研究对象。采用随机数字法分为对照组和低、中、高步行运动量组,并实施8周的步行运动干预,收集患者疲乏量表-14评分、呼吸困难修正版医学研究委员会评分及不良事件发生情况,采用重复测量方差分析评估干预效果。结果显示:不同步行运动量对B级COPD患者的疲乏感影响显著,其中中、高步行运动量显著改善疲乏感,而低步行运动量的改善效果较为有限。To explore the effects of different walking exercise levels on fatigue in patients with stable grade B chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),one hundred and forty-four patients who met the criteria for natriuresis were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into the control group and the low,medium and high walking exercise volume groups by the randomized numerical method,and the walking exercise intervention was implemented for 8 weeks.The patients'fatigue scale-14 scores,dyspnea modified medical research council scores and the occurrence of adverse events were collected,and the effect of the intervention was assessed by using repeated-measures analysis of variance(ANOVA).The results showed that different walking exercise levels had a significant effect on fatigue in patients with grade B COPD,with medium and high walking exercise levels significantly improving fatigue,while low walking exercise levels had a more limited improvement effect.
