摘  要:为了充分利用ZnOH^(+)物种并保证适宜酸性,用低浓度Zn(NO_(3))_(2)溶液对HZSM-5分子筛进行改性,得到甲醇芳构化催化剂;利用XRD、FTIR、N2吸附-脱附、XPS、NH3-TPD、Py-FTIR、TG-DTG等方法对所制备催化剂进行表征,探究低负载量(0.1%~0.5%(w))Zn对催化剂性能的影响。表征结果显示,改性后催化剂的MFI结构保存完整,孔道类型无明显变化。实验结果表明,与高负载量(大于0.5%(w))相比,低负载量时,Zn与骨架Al有较强相互作用,强酸和B酸减少幅度小,B酸和L酸量比值更高,催化剂平均积碳速率降低,寿命更长;低负载量中,Zn0.2-HZ5的Zn与骨架Al的相互作用更强,催化性能优异。To fully utilize ZnOH^(+)species and ensure suitable acidity,low-concentration Zn(NO_(3_))_(2)solution was used to modify HZSM-5 and a methanol aromatization catalyst was gained.XRD,FTIR,N_(2)adsorption-desorption,XPS,NH3-TPD,Py-FTIR,and TG-DTG were employed to investigate effects of low-load Zn(0.1%-0.5%(w))on performance of the catalyst.The results indicate that the modified catalyst retains its MFI structure with no significant changes in pore type.Compared with the high-load(>0.5%(w)),when the load is low,the interaction between Zn and framework Al is stronger.The decline extent of strong acids and B acids is smaller,B acid to L acid ratio is higher,the average carbon deposition rate of catalyst is lower,and the lifespan of catalyst is longer.Among the low loadings,Zn0.2-HZ5 exhibits a stronger interaction between Zn and framework Al with more excellent catalytic activity.
