摘 要:采用钠法焙烧-半湿法工艺从废加氢脱硫催化剂中提取金属钒和钼,考察了焙烧条件、浸出条件对废加氢脱硫催化剂中金属钒和钼浸出的影响,研究了从浸出母液中分步沉淀提取金属钒和钼的主要影响因素,确定了合适的回收提取工艺。实验结果表明,在碳酸钠与氧化焙烧预处理后废加氢脱硫催化剂原料的摩尔比为2、焙烧温度750℃、焙烧时间4 h,液固比6 mL/g、浸出温度80℃、浸出时间40 min时,钒和钼的浸出率均可达95%以上。在溶液中钒含量高于20 g/L、沉钒时间60 min、沉钼温度70℃、沉钼反应时间3 h时,钒和钼沉淀率达97%以上。Vanadium and molybdenum were extracted from waste hydrodesulfurization catalysts by sodium roasting and semi-wet process.The effects of roasting conditions and leaching conditions on the leaching of vanadium and molybdenum from waste catalysts were investigated.Main factors for the extraction of vanadium and molybdenum by fractional precipitation from the mother liquor were analyzed to determine the appropriate recovery process.According to the experimental results,the leaching rate of both vanadium and molybdenum reaches more than 95%when the raw material molar ratio of sodium carbonate and hydrodesulfurization catalysts preprocessed by oxidizing roasting is 2,the roasting temperature is 750℃,the roasting time is 4 h,the liquid-solid ratio is 6 mL/g,the leaching temperature is 80℃,the leaching time is 40 min.The precipitation rate of vanadium and molybdenum can reach more than 97%when the vanadium concentration is higher than 20 g/L,vanadium precipitation time is 60 min,molybdenum precipitation temperature is 70℃,molybdenum precipitation time is 3 h.
