塔河超稠油绿色掺稀降黏采油技术研究

摘  要:采用塔河稀油、催化裂化柴油、聚甲氧基二甲醚和自制药剂SW-1四种掺稀介质对塔河超稠油掺稀降黏,评价了不同掺稀介质的降黏效果,提出了绿色超稠油掺稀降黏开采工艺流程,考察了单井掺SW-1的超稠油掺稀降黏效果。实验结果表明,4种掺稀介质对塔河超稠油的降黏效果优劣顺序依次为自制药剂SW-1>聚甲氧基二甲醚>催化裂化柴油>塔河稀油;掺稀比为0.070,油相中SW-1回收率可达99.50%,水相中SW-1可完全被回收;在单井产液量100 m^(3)/d、超稠油含水率为30%(w)条件下,采用SW-1掺稀降黏,超稠油产量提高62.61%,置换出塔河稀油13290.6 t/a,显著提高了油田的超稠油产量及经济效益,为稠油绿色高效掺稀开采,提供了一条新的技术思路。Tahe light oil,catalytic cracking diesel,polymethoxy-dimethyl ether,and homemade agent SW-1 were used to dilute and reduce the viscosity of Tahe super heavy oil.The viscosity reduction effect of different dilute media was evaluated.The production process was put forward for green super heavy oil to dilute and reduce viscosity.The viscosity reduction effect of SW-1 super heavy oil was investigated.The results indicate that the effectiveness of the four dilute media in reducing the viscosity of Tahe super heavy oil is ranked as follows:home made agent SW-1>polyoxymethylenedimethyl ethers>light cycle oil>Tahe light oil;SW-1 can be fully recovered in the water phase,and its recovery rate in the oil phase can reach 99.50%when the dilution ratio is 0.070;under the conditions of a single well liquid production rate of 100 m^(3)/d and a 30%(w)water content of super heavy oil,the super heavy oil production can be increased by 62.61%using SW-1 for dilution and viscosity reduction,thus replacing 13290.6 t/a of Tahe light oil.This significantly improves the super heavy oil production and economic benefits of the oilfield,providing a new technical approach for the green and efficient dilution and extraction of heavy oil.
