BCZ-208催化剂在Hypol工业装置上开发高性能聚丙烯产品

摘　　要：研究了BCZ-208催化剂的液相本体小试聚合性能及其在Hypol工业装置上开发高性能聚丙烯产品的应用情况,并与参比催化剂进行对比。液相本体小试聚合评价结果表明,BCZ-208催化剂与参比催化剂相比,在氢气用量为4.5 L时氢调敏感性提高近4倍;在氢气用量为1.0 L时氢调敏感性略降低,聚合物等规度可达99.1%。在不同聚合条件下,BCZ-208催化剂的聚合活性较参比催化剂提高42%~50%,聚合物粉料堆密度相同、细粉含量均较低。在Hypol工业装置上应用结果表明,BCZ-208催化剂的聚合活性约为参比催化剂的2.4倍,氢调敏感性随产品熔体流动速率(MFR)的增加显著提高。相比参比催化剂,BCZ-208催化剂开发的注塑料CJS700粉料的等规度增加、粒径明显增大、细粉含量略低,树脂成品的弯曲模量显著提高;结构壁管材料B1600(MFR(10 min)=0.30 g)的弯曲模量能稳定保持在1600 MPa以上,超过进口同类产品;J860(MFR(10 min)=60 g)和J890(MFR(10 min)=90 g)都具有较好的刚韧平衡性,综合性能超过国内同类产品。The lab-scale liquid-phase bulk polymerization of catalyst BCZ-208 and its application in developing high-performance polypropylene products on the Hypol process were studied.The catalyst was compared to the ref.catalyst.The results show that compared with the ref.catalyst,BCZ-208 has a hydrogen sensitivity of nearly four times higher when hydrogen dosage is 4.5 L.The sensitivity is slightly lower and the isotactic index of polypropylene is 99.1%when hydrogen dosage is 1.0 L.Under different polymerization conditions,the polymerization activity of BCZ-208 is 42%-50%higher than that of ref.catalyst,and the polypropylene powder has the same bulk density with lower fines content.The industrial application of BCZ-208 on the Hypol process shows that its polymerization activity is 2.4 times than that of ref.catalyst.The hydrogen sensitivity of the BCZ-208 significantly increases as the product MFR rises.Compared to the ref.catalyst,the CJS700 granules produced by the BCZ-208 have higher isotacticity and significantly larger particle size,with slightly lower fines content.The flexural modulus of resin products is significantly improved.The flexural modulus of the pipe material B1600((MFR(10 min)=0.30 g)produced by BCZ-208 can be stably maintained above 1600 MPa,higher than that of the imported products of its type.The J860(MFR(10 min)=60 g)and J890(MFR(10 min)=90 g)produced by BCZ-208 have a good balance of rigidity and toughness,which exceeds the comprehensive performance of similar domestic products.
