摘 要:创伤性颅脑损伤在现代海战中的救治是一大挑战,由于战场环境恶劣、重伤率高和后送困难,海战中颅脑损伤的致残和致死率极高。因此,就近配置神经外科救治力量,进行早期专科救治至关重要。本文回顾了历史上各国在战争中训练和部署神经外科力量的经验,探讨了早期救治的重要性及实施策略。同时,提出了为不同级别的海军医务人员设计阶段化、模块化的技能包,旨在通过模块化训练理念,优化二级救治体系结构,为未来海战环境下的颅脑损伤救治提供策略支持。Traumatic brain injury(TBI)is a major challenge for medical service in modern naval warfare,which accompanies a high disability and mortality due to the harsh battlefield environment,high injury severity,and difficulties in evacuation.Therefore,it is crucial to deploy neurosurgical rescue resources in situ to conduct early specialist treatment for TBI.This paper reviews the historical experiences of various countries in training and deploying neurosurgical forces in warfare,discusses the importance of implementing early treatment and realization strategies,and proposes the design of staged and modularised skill packages for different levels of naval medical personnel,aiming to optimize the structure of the secondary treatment system through the concept of modularised training and to provide strategic support for TBI management in the future naval warfare.
