摘　　要：皮肤创面愈合是一个复杂的过程,细菌感染、慢性疾病等多种因素会干扰伤口愈合过程,形成难愈性创面,甚至造成脓毒症、截肢等严重后果。姜黄素是一种从姜黄根茎中提取的天然化合物,在创面修复方面具有止血、抗炎、促增殖重塑、抗感染、抗氧化等药理作用。本文将综述姜黄素在皮肤创面愈合不同阶段中的作用和可能机制,以期为姜黄素在创面的进一步开发使用奠定基础。Skin wound healing is a complex process.Various factors,such as bacterial infection and comorbid chronic diseases,can interfere with the wound healing process and form refractory wounds,or even cause serious consequences such as sepsis and amputation.Curcumin is a natural compound extracted from the rhizome of turmeric.A large number of studies have shown that it has pharmacological effects such as hemostasis,anti-inflammatory,proliferative remodeling,anti-infection,and antioxidant in wound repair.This article reviews the therapeutic effects and possible mechanisms of curcumin in different stages of skin wound treatment,to lay a foundation for the further development and use of curcumin in wounds.
