摘　　要：习近平文化思想作为新时代以习近平同志为核心的中国共产党领导集体在文化建设实践中的智慧结晶,是马克思文化理论中国化的最新成果,是文化强国建设和社会主义文化建设的重要理论遵循,标志着中国共产党对文化建设达到新境界,昭示着中国共产党的文化自信达到了新高度。从生成逻辑来看,习近平文化思想继承发展了马克思文化理论,植根于中华优秀传统文化并得益于中国共产党的百年文化建设;从核心要义来看,坚持党对文化建设的领导权,推动了中华优秀传统文化创造性转化和创新性发展,坚持人民至上激发了文化主体的创造性,同时,以人民为中心激发了文化创新活力,加强了文明间的交流与互鉴,并着力提升中华文化的国际影响力;从其重要意义而言,习近平文化思想推动了马克思文化理论的创新发展,为新时代文化强国建设提供了根本遵循,为世界文化交流互鉴提供了思想指南。Xi Jinping’s cultural thought is a summary of the experience of the leading group with comrade Xi Jinping as the core in the practice of cultural construction in the new era.It is the latest achievement of the sinicization of Marxist cultural theory,and an important theoretical basis for the construction of cultural power and socialist culture.It marks that the Communist Party of China(CPC)has reached a new realm of cultural construction,and shows that the cultural confidence of the CPC has reached a new height.From the perspective of generative logic,Xi Jinping’s cultural thought inherited and developed the Marxist cultural theory,rooted in the excellent traditional Chinese culture and benefited from the century-old cultural construction of the CPC.From the core point of view,adhering to the Party’s leadership in cultural development promotes the creative transformation and innovative development of fine traditional Chinese culture,upholds the people’s supremacy to stimulate the creativity of cultural subjects,promotes exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations,and focuses on the international dissemination of Chinese culture.In terms of its significance,Xi Jinping’s cultural thought promoted the innovation and development of Marx’s cultural theory,provided a fundamental guideline for the construction of a cultural power in the new era,and provided an ideological guide for cultural exchanges and mutual learning in the world.
