摘　　要：在中国特色社会主义新时代,新质生产力概念是面向中国式现代化新道路和经济高质量发展提出的新的时代命题。新质生产力是马克思主义中国化的最新成果,是习近平经济思想的重要组成部分,是引领实现共同富裕与美好生活的根本指引。新质生产力发展推动现代大学由“知识传播者”向“知识生产者”、由“科学研究”向“科技孵化”、由“置身事外”向“深度融合”的角色转型。新质生产力也为现代大学赋予了面向未来的知识生产的全新使命,这就需要设立新质学科专业完善新质学科培养体系、参与知识生产更新构建中国自主知识体系、以人民为中心培育高素质创新人才,进而探寻新质生产力与高等教育发展的双向共建,这具有重要的理论价值与实践意义。In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the concept of new-quality productivity is a new epochal proposition aimed at the new path of China’s modernization and high-quality economic development.New-quality productivity is the latest fruit of the sinicization of Marxism,an essential part of Xi Jinping’s economic thought,and the fundamental guide to achieving common prosperity and a better life.The development of new-quality productivity drives the transformation of modern universities from“knowledge transmitters”to“knowledge producers”,from“scientific research”to“industry incubation”,and from“detached engagement”to“deep integration”.The new quality productivity has also given a new mission of future-oriented knowledge production to modern universities,which requires the establishment of new quality disciplines and specialties to improve the cultivation system of new quality disciplines,participate in the updating of knowledge production to build China’s independent knowledge system,cultivate high-quality innovative talents centered on the people,and then explore the two-way co-construction of the new quality productivity and the development of higher education,which has an important theoretical value and practical significance.
