摘  要:针对传统生猪养殖过程中为获得生猪体重变化数据而采用的人工称重方式存在劳动强度大、效率低、操作繁琐、生猪应激大、重量偏差大、数据获取困难等问题,设计一种基于物联网的生猪自动称重系统,阐述其总体方案、关键部件机械结构以及控制系统设计。基于物联网的生猪自动称重系统采用RFID标签方式标识生猪个体身份,通过电脑端或移动客户端(手机APP)实现对生猪自动称重系统的监测、控制、信息采集、数据查询等功能,系统对数据做相应处理并生成日增重柱状图以及体重变化曲线等,通过数据分析为生猪精准饲喂提供数据支撑,选择优化的饲喂方式,解决生猪养殖过程中养殖管理、远程控制以及信息采集等环节的问题。A pig automatic weighing system based on the Internet of Things is designed to address the problems of high labor intensity,low efficiency,cumbersome operation,high stress on pigs,large weight deviation,and difficult data acquisition in the traditional manual weighing method used to obtain pig weight change data in pig farming.the overall scheme,key component mechanical structure,and control system design are described.The IoT based pig automatic weighing system uses RFID tags to identify the individual identity of pigs,and realizes monitoring,control,information collection,data query and other functions of the pig automatic weighing system through computer or mobile client(mobile APP).The system processes the data accordingly and generates daily weight gain bar charts and weight change curves.Through data analysis,it provides data support for accurate feeding of pigs,selects optimized feeding methods,and solves the problems of breeding management,remote control,and information collection in the pig breeding process.
