摘　　要：INTRODUCTION Abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB)is the most common reason adolescent females visit gynaecologists.From the onset of menarche,symptoms such as heavy menstrual bleeding(HMB)and/or prolonged menstruation can affct both physical and mental health,with potential lifelong impacts.Despite its preva-lence,there are relatively few studies on AUB in adolescence,and China lacks relevant guidelines and consensus on the issue.
