《金瓶梅》中的运河与淮安关系考

摘　　要：《金瓶梅》的故事场景是围绕运河边上的城市清河展开的,这个“清河”实为历史上江苏清河,即今淮安市所在地。把小说中的运河场景与《明史》《漕运通志》等史志记载的淮安段运河历史风貌对比,可以判定小说中运河的地理河段为江苏淮安段运河,还可进一步确定为明代隆庆元年至万历三十二年间的淮安段运河。小说中“新河口”“清口”实为一处,与“河下”一样皆为淮安段运河边的地名。The story of The Plum in the Golden Vase is set around the city of Qinghe by the Grand Canal.This Qinghe is historically Qinghe in Jiangsu,which is present-day Huai’an City.By comparing the canal scenes in the novel with the historical records of the Huai’an section of the Canal in an-nals such as The History of the Ming Dynasty and Water Transport Chronicles,it can be determined that the geographical section of the Canal in the novel is the Huai’an section of the Canal in Jiangsu Province.Moreover,it can be further confirmed as the Huai’an section of the Canal from the first year of the Longqing reign to the thirty-second year of the Wanli reign of the Ming Dynasty.In the novel,Xinhekou and Qingkou actually refer to the same location,and like Hexia,they are all place names along the Huai’an section of the Grand Canal.
