摘　　要：以前端治理为特点的矛盾纠纷多元化解机制,是实现基层社会治理现代化和法治化的重要路径。在农村经济快速发展与社会结构深刻变革的背景下,人民群众生产生活方式的多元化趋势加剧了矛盾纠纷的复杂性与多样性。“枫桥经验”根植于我国国情,持续展现其适应性与创新性。农村地区矛盾纠纷多元化解作为新时代“枫桥经验”的生动实践,通过规范生产经营流程、从源头筑防农村纠纷,创新调解机制、前置矛盾消解的时间节点,构建多层次治理体系、完善农村地区矛盾纠纷多元化解工作机制,对提升农村基层治理效能无疑具有重要意义。The multifaceted solution mechanism of contradictions and disputes characterized by front-end governance is an important path to achieving modernization and legalization of grassroots so-cial governance.Against the backdrop of rapid rural economic development and profound changes in so-cial structure,the diversified trend of people’s production and lifestyle has intensified the complexity and variety of contradictions and disputes.The“Fengqiao Experience”is rooted in China’s national conditions and continues to demonstrate its adaptability and innovativeness.The multifaceted solution to contradictions and disputes in rural areas,as a vivid practice of the“Fengqiao Experience”in the new era,prevents rural disputes from the source by standardizing production and operation processes.solves the contradictions in advance by innovating mediation mechanism,completes a multifaceted solu-tion mechanism of contradictions and disputes in rural areas by building a multi-level governance sys-tem,which is undoubtedly of great significance for improving the efficiency of grassroots governance in rural areas.
