摘　　要：20世纪40年代,江苏革命根据地建立了为数众多的合作社,取得了良好成绩,也有不少合作社在经营中存在种种问题:如办社宗旨不明确,缺少为群众服务的精神;领导力量薄弱,干部不尽责;存在贪污与中饱私囊现象;制度不严密,影响办社效益;未能发扬民主,群众积极性不高;经营管理不善等。针对办社中存在的问题,根据地加强了对合作社的整理与改造。明确了为群众服务的办社宗旨,根据群众需要开展业务;充实领导机构,落实干部责任;惩处贪污舞弊行为;发扬民主,调动社员积极性;改善经营管理,提高办社效益等。通过整理与改造,提高了办社效益,也使合作社更好适应了根据地建设与服务群众生产生活的需要。In the 1940s,a large number of cooperatives were established in the revolutionary base ar-eas of Jiangsu and achieved good results.However,not a few cooperatives also faced various operation-al problems:unclear objectives of running cooperatives,lack of the spirit of serving the masses,weak leadership and irresponsible cadres,instances of corruption and embezzlement,lax systems affecting the efficiency of running cooperatives,failure to carry forward democracy and low enthusiasm of the masses,and poor management,etc.In response to the problems in running cooperatives,the base areas strength-ened the reorganization and transformation of cooperatives,clarified the objective of serving the masses,carried out business according to the needs of the masses,enhanced the leadship institutions and imple-mented the responsibilities of cadres,punished practices of corruption and enbezzlement,carried forward democracy to mobilize the enthusiasm of members,improved the operation and management to raise the efficiency of running cooperatives,etc.Through reorganization and transformation,the efficiency of run-ning cooperatives had been improved,and the cooperatives have also been better adapted to the needs of the construction of base areas and of the production and life of the masses.
