摘 要:现代社会是一个充满风险的社会,其衍生出的信任危机带来了导生关系的工具化、等级化与边缘化症候。基于什托姆普卡对信任建构的解释逻辑,推动导生信任关系由“俱损”向“共赢”转化的关键在于正向反馈的获得、情感积累的实现与环境保障的创设。考虑到中国现实的教育文化语境,风险社会中高校导生关系的本土建构应坚持立德树人导向,以教育家精神为引领超越工具理性信任倾向;应实现将心比心交互,以情感能量获得为核心达成师生心灵契恰;还应注重制度支持,以外部环境保障助力导生信任秩序再造。Modern society is a society filled with risks,which has generated a trust crisis leading to the instrumentalization,hierarchization,and marginalization of mentor-mentee relationships.Based on Piotr Sztompka's explanatory logic of trust construction,the key to transforming mentor-mentee trust relationships from"mutual loss"to"win-win"lies in obtaining positive feedback,achieving emotional accumulation,and creating supportive environments.Considering the cultural context of Chinese education,the local construction of mentor-mentee relationships in higher education within a risk society should(1)adhere to the guiding principle of moral education,led by the spirit of educators to transcend tendencies of instrumental rationality in trust,(2)achieve mutual empathy,with the core goal of emotional energy to foster a deep connection between teachers and students,and(3)emphasize institutional support to assist in reconstructing the trust order in mentor-mentee relationships through external environmental guarantees.
