摘 要:随着新能源基地建设规模的不断扩大,新能源基地缺乏常规电源动态无功支撑,静态电压稳定性会进一步恶化,因此提出了一种L指标作为主指标,L-Q灵敏度指标为辅助指标的“一主一辅”的面向新型电力系统的静态电压稳定评估方法。该方法在已知系统网架结构和系统基础潮流的基础上,以L指标为目标判断系统电压稳定性,辅助指标反应系统无功补偿方案的优劣,在满足系统稳定性的基础上,确定最优无功补偿点作为决策方案。通过结合青海实际电网进行仿真验证,结果表明,当对灵敏度指标越大的节点补偿相同容量的无功补偿设备时,对系统静态稳定性的提升效果最好,L指标下降程度最高。With the continuous expansion of the construction scale of new energy bases,the lack of dynamic reactive power support from conventional power sources will further deteriorate the static voltage stability of new energy bases.Therefore,a kind of one main and one auxiliary oriented static voltage stability evaluation method for new power systems is proposed,with L index as the main index and L-Q sensitivity index as the auxiliary index.This method,based on the known system grid structure and basic power flow,uses the L index as the objective to judge the voltage stability of the system,and auxiliary index to reflect the advantages and disadvantages of the reactive power compensation scheme.On the basis of meeting stability of system,the optimal reactive power compensation point is determined as the decision-making scheme.The results show through simulation verification based on the actual power grid in Qinghai that when compensating reactive power compensation equipment with the same capacity for nodes with higher sensitivity index,the improvement effect on the static stability of the system is the best,and the degree of decrease in the L index is highest.
