摘 要:为了滤除直流输电系统交流侧产生的谐波,同时补偿直流输电系统消耗的无功功率,在直流输电系统运行过程中必须投入一定数量的交流滤波器,交流滤波器的安全稳定运行,对直流输电系统功率输送至关重要。本文通过交流滤波器在工程应用过程中,因电容器元件故障不平衡保护动作跳闸的案例,详细介绍了交流滤波器不平衡保护的检测、电流计算、保护原理,分析了当前不平衡保护定值整定方法中,存在单一电容器元件故障导致小组滤波器跳闸的问题,并对该问题提出针对性解决办法,避免单一元件引起的跳闸,更符合交流滤波器设计原则,有效提高交流滤波器运行的可靠性,有力支撑直流输电系统功率输送,对在运站的运维及新建站不平衡保护的整定有重要参考价值。In order to filter out the harmonics generated at the AC side of the HVDC transmission system and,at the same time,compensate for the reactive power consumed by the HVDC transmission system,a certain number of AC filters must be put into operation during the operation of the HVDC transmission system,and safe and stable operation of the AC filters are crucial to the power transmission of the HVDC transmission system.In this paper,the detection of unbalanced protection,calculation of current and protection principle of the AC filters are described in detail through the the case of tripping of the unbalanced protection due to the fault of capacitor element in the engineering application of AC filters,the problem of tripping of group filters due to the fault of a single capacitor element in the setting method of current unbalance protection setting method is analyzed,the specific solution for the problem is proposed so to avoid tripping due to a single element,which is more in line with the design principles of AC filters and effectively improves operation reliability of AC filters.It strongly supports the power transmission of the HVDC transmission system,and has important reference value for the operation and maintenance of the operating station and the unbalanced protection setting of new station.
