摘 要:油浸型倒立式电流互感器是典型的少油设备,长期运行于高电场强度环境下,其绝缘工艺控制难度大,导致因绝缘问题诱发的爆炸、喷油故障多发。本文以油浸型倒立式电流互感器故障分析为切入点,分析了绝缘缺陷产生的原因,对存在缺陷的设备开展气相色谱分析、局部放电检测、高电压介质损耗试验、长时额定电压红外测温测试,最后对测试结果进行了缺陷特征分析,并对在运设备提出合理化缺陷检测方法。The oil immersed inverted current transformer is a typical minimum oil equipment.Under the long term operation in the environment of high electric field intensity,its insulation process control is difficult,leading to frequent explosions and oil injection faults due to insulation.In this paper,the fault analysis of the oil immersed inverted current transformer is taken as the starting point to analyze the causes of insulation defects.The gas chromatography analysis,partial discharge detection,high voltage dielectric loss test and long-term rated voltage infrared temperature measurement test are performed on the defective equipment.Finally,the defect characteristics of the test results are analyzed and a reasonable defect detection method is proposed for the equipment in operation.
