摘 要:电压互感器是电力系统电压监测和继电保护的基础设备,一旦互感器及其二次回路发生缺陷,可能导致电压回路异常告警、继电保护动作异常,对电网正常运行造成威胁。本文从一起电厂厂用母线电压互感器运行中发生的电压告警缺陷入手,详细论述了现场检查情况和缺陷分析情况,采用建立互感器设备缺陷内部电路仿真模型的方法模拟实际异常过程,通过运算获取了与实际暂态过程特征量具备相同特征量的仿真暂态波形,进而对理论分析结论进行验证。最后,简要列举了工作中采用该方法复现的其他几类常见典型互感器缺陷,对不同类缺陷对应的互感器二次电压特征进行了对比分析,对基于波形特征量提取实现互感器缺陷监测和识别的可行性和应用前景进行论述。Potential transformer is the basic equipment for voltage monitoring and protection of power system.The voltage transformer and its secondary circuit will,once in case of defect,likely cause abnormal alarm of voltage circuit and abnormal protection action of relaying protection as well as threaten the normal operation of the power grid.This paper starts from the defect of voltage alarm in the operation of a busbar voltage transformer in a power plant,the site inspection and defect analysis are described in detail.The method of internal circuit simulation model of the defect of the voltage transformer is set up to simulate the actual abnormal process,the simulated transient waveform with the same characteristic quantity as that of actual transient characteristic quality is obtained by calculation,thus the theoretical analysis conclusion is verified.Finally,the other types of common defects of typical instrument transformer,which are replicated by using the method in the work is briefly listed.The secondary voltage characteristic of the instrument transformer corresponding to different defects is compared and analyzed.Moreover,the feasibility and application prospect to achieve the defect monitoring and identification based on the waveform characteristic quality is described.
