摘 要:基于“双碳”背景,探讨长短流程钢铁企业在碳交易价格影响下的低碳节能技术敏感性。通过构建动态模型,分析高炉-转炉长流程钢铁企业和电炉短流程钢铁企业在碳排放污染控制投入方面的策略选择。研究发现,企业的策略选择受到碳交易价格、政府补贴、碳配额交易等多重因素的影响。仿真结果表明碳交易价格由50元/吨逐步增大到200元/吨时,钢铁企业在低碳技术的投入速度也逐渐加快,验证了碳交易价格上升能有效激励钢铁企业加大对低碳技术的投入,推动其技术创新和绿色低碳转型。Based on the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,this paper discusses the sensitivity of low-carbon and energy-saving technologies of long-term and short-process iron and steel enterprises under the influence of carbon trading prices.By constructing a dynamic model,this paper analyzes the strategic choices of blast furnace-converter long-process iron and steel enterprises and electric furnace short-process iron and steel enterprises in carbon emission pollution control input.The results turn out that the strategic choice of enterprises is affected by multiple factors such as carbon trading price,government subsidies,and carbon allowance trading.The simulation results show that when the carbon trading price gradually increases from 50 yuan/t to 200 yuan/t,the investment rate of iron and steel enterprises in low-carbon technology is gradually accelerated,which verifies that the increase in carbon trading price can effectively motivate iron and steel enterprises to increase investment in low-carbon technology and promote their technological innovation and green and low-carbon transformation.
