摘  要:为分析某铁矿阶段开采的采场稳定性,根据矿山生产情况,利用FLAC3D针对-230阶段、-290阶段和-350阶段的5个矿块进行开采全过程模拟。结果表明:矿房开采与矿柱开采两种工序对于压应力值的影响较大,充填工序对围岩压应力变化值影响较小。上下盘围岩的压应力受到矿块开采的影响而增大,单个矿块增加幅度分别在1.0 MPa~2.5 MPa之间与0.2 MPa~2.3MPa之间。上盘位移最大出现在-350阶段,下盘位移最大出现在-230阶段。开采-230阶段矿块1时,采场稳定性最好,-290阶段的稳定性低于-230阶段,-350阶段开采整体较稳定。通过对阶段采场的各工序模拟,获得了采场应力场分布、位移场和塑性区变化,可为矿山安全生产提供理论支持。To analyze the stage mining stability of stope of an iron ore mine,according to the production situation of the mine,the whole mining process for 5 blocks at stages-230,-290 and-350 was simulated by FLAC3D.The results show that the two processes of bord mining and pillar mining have great influence on the compressive stress value,and the filling process has little influence on the change value of pressure stress of surrounding rock.The compressive stress of the upper and lower surrounding rocks is increased by the mining of block,and the increase values of compressive stress of individual block is between 1.0 MPa~2.5 MPa and 0.2 MPa~2.3 MPa,respectively.The maximum value of the hanging wall occurs in stage-350 and the foot wall occurs in stage-230.When mining block1 of-230 stage,the stope stability is the best.The stability of-290 stage is lower than-230 stage,and-350 stage mining is relatively stable.By simulating each process of the stope of each stage,the distribution of stress field,displacement field and plastic zone change in the mining site were obtained,which can provide theoretical support for mine safety production.
