摘  要:部署统一安全监管平台对光伏区域进行实时监测,可以快速解决和处理各种突发事件,对守护光伏区域安全具有重要作用。然而,视频传输所依赖的网络资源,如带宽和传输功率,正变得越来越稀缺,因此资源按需差异化接入等策略可以最大限度地利用网络资源。文章提出了一种基于Stackelberg博弈的光伏场景下大带宽业务差异化接入资源分配策略。监控设备提供视频内容,聚合商云平台提供带宽、传输功率等网络资源,电网提供回报。首先,建立三者之间的博弈模型,电网按照不同视频压缩模式对应的视频质量给予定价,对于高质量视频给予更高的奖励;然后通过求解Stackelberg博弈得到最优交易功率和最优交易价格,使参与交易的电网、聚合商云平台和监控设备都获得最大效用。仿真表明,与无压缩和压缩均匀定价方案相比,提出的方案在效用方面有显著改进。Deploying a unified security supervision platform for real-time monitoring of photovoltaic areas can quickly solve and handle various emergencies,which plays an important role in protecting the security of photovoltaic areas.However,the network resources that video transmission relies on,such as bandwidth and transmission power,are becoming increasingly scarce.Therefore,strategies such as on-demand differentiated access to resources can maximize the utilization of network resources.This paper proposes a differentiated access resource allocation strategy for large bandwidth services in photovoltaic scenarios based on Stackelberg game theory.Monitoring devices provide video content,aggregator cloud platforms provide network resources such as bandwidth and transmission power,and the power grid provides returns.Firstly,a game model among the three parties is established,with the power grid pricing based on the video quality corresponding to different video compression modes,and offering higher rewards for high-quality videos.Then,by solving the Stackelberg game,the optimal trading power and optimal trading price are obtained,enabling the participating power grids,aggregator cloud platforms,and monitoring devices to achieve maximum utility.Simulation shows that the proposed scheme has significant improvements in utility compared to uncompressed and compressed uniform pricing schemes.
