摘　　要：党的二十届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的决定》,明确界定了各个领域、各个方面的改革在中国式现代化中的功能定位,勾勒和展现了全面推进中国式现代化的系统布局。《决定》展现了中国式现代化在各领域全面展开的系统布局,显示了中国式现代化的体制机制紧密联系、相互促进的系统布局,指明了中国式现代化处理好若干重大关系的系统布局,昭示了中国同广大发展中国家携手实现现代化的系统布局。中国式现代化的系统布局,在进一步全面深化改革中得以展开、协同、深入、落实,进一步全面深化改革为推进中国式现代化提供强大动力和系统保障。The “Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Comprehensively Deepening Reform and Advancing Chinese Modernization” adopted at the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee,clearly defines the functional positioning of reforms in various fields and aspects within the context of Chinese modernization. It outlines and presents a systematic layout for comprehensively advancing Chinese modernization. The “Decision” illustrates the systematic layout for the comprehensive development of Chinese modernization in various fields,demonstrating the interconnection and mutual promotion of the institutional mechanisms involved. It indicates a systematic approach to managing several major relationships essential to Chinese modernization and signals a collaborative pathway for China and a broad range of developing countries to achieve modernization together. The systematic layout of Chinese modernization is unfolded,coordinated,deepened and implemented in the process of further comprehensively deepening reforms,which in turn provides strong momentum and systematic guarantees for advancing Chinese modernization.
