摘　　要：高质量发展是新时代中国农村精神文明建设的必由之路。高质量发展能够更好发挥精神文明建设的功能,为民族精神铸魂、为乡村振兴赋能。现阶段,农村精神文明领域在农民社会主义信仰、乡村社会秩序等方面仍存在一些需要进一步提升的现实问题,农村精神文明建设工作在供给的物质基础、供给主体、供给内容以及供给方式上还存在有待进一步突破的实践难点。推动农村精神文明建设高质量发展,要贯彻习近平文化思想,以习近平关于社会主义精神文明建设的重要论述为根本遵循,坚持问题导向和目标导向,统筹优化农村精神文明建设的资源配置和要素组合,强化供给侧结构性改革,提高农村精神文明供给效率,促进农村精神文明建设赋能乡村全面振兴。High-quality development is a necessary stage in the construction of spiritual civilization in rural China in the new era.High-quality development can better leverage the functions of spiritual civilization construction,fostering national spirit and empowering rural revitalization.Currently,there are still practical issues to be addressed in the field of rural spiritual civilization,such as the socialist beliefs of farmers and the social order of rural communities.Additionally,there are practical difficulties in the construction of rural spiritual civilization regarding the material foundation of supply,the source entities of supply,the content of supply and the methods of supply.To promote the high-quality development of rural spiritual civilization construction,it is important to implement Xi Jinping Thought on Culture and adhere to his important statements on the construction of socialist spiritual civilization as fundamental guidelines.We must maintain a problemoriented and goal-oriented approach,optimally coordinate the allocation of resources and elements for rural spiritual civilization construction,strengthen supply-side structural reforms,improve the efficiency of supply for rural spiritual civilization,advance the rural spiritual civilization,and on that basis enable comprehensive rural revitalization.
