摘 要:最近十几年来,北京大学法学院开展了一系列的法学教学改革工作。北京大学法学院以课程建设为突破口,进行教学改革,服务于实现人才培养的目标。学院领导认识到更多的教师参与教学改革是教改得以成功的基本保证,想方设法动员教师参加到教学改革工作中去。教改的成功只借助于精神力量是不够的,物质上和资源上的支持也是教改工作得以持续进行的保障。通过教改,学院所设置的课程内容更丰富,教授形式更多样化,体系更完整、科学,无形中提升了法学学科的魅力,吸引了更多的优秀学子进入法学院学习。当然,教改工作还有不足之处,表现在课程开设不够,教改发挥的影响力不够充分,实践性课程、比较法课程的开设仍然不足,还有不少阻力。In the past decade,the Law School of Peking University has implemented a series of legal education reforms.Taking course development as the key,the school has carried out teaching reforms aimed at achieving talent cultivation goals.The leadership of the school recognizes that the participation of more faculty members in teaching reform is the fundamental guarantee for the success of the reforms and has actively sought ways to engage faculty in the process.The success of teaching reform cannot rely solely on ideological drive;material and resource support is also essential for ensuring the sustainability of these reforms.Through these reforms,the courses offered have become more diverse,teaching methods more varied,and the overall system sounder and more effective.This has,in turn,enhanced the appeal of the legal discipline and attracted more outstanding students to the law school.However,there are still areas for improvement,such as a lack of course offerings,insufficient influence from the reforms,and a continued shortage of practical and comparative law courses,along with some resistance to change.
