摘 要:以往对于大豆抗胞囊线虫(SCN)遗传多采用抗感分界方法,这种方法仅适合于简单的质量性状。而大豆对SCN的抗性性状在分离后代呈连续变异,表现数量性状的遗传特征。本研究以吉林省农艺性状优良的抗SCN品种‘吉林23’(JL23)作为母本(P_(1)),感SCN品种‘吉育86’(JY86)为父本(P_(2)),配置杂交组合。对5个世代(P_(1),P_(2),F_(1),F_(2),F_(2:3))群体进行抗SCN表型鉴定,利用SEA-G5进行遗传模型拟合和遗传参数估计。结果表明JL23对SCN的抗性最佳模型为MX1-AD-ADI,即其抗性由1对加性-显性主基因+加性-显性-上位性多基因混合控制。主基因的加性效应为负值,即抗病基因来源于JL23。显性效应表现为负向效应,即在杂合状态下,雌虫指数偏向小值亲本。显性度r=0.534,表明该主基因表现为部分显性,以负向加性效应为主。F_(2)和F_(2:3)世代的主基因遗传率h^(2)_(mg)(%)分别为77.11%和95.29%,多基因遗传率h^(2)_(pg)(%)分别为14.43%和0。以上结果表明JL23对胞囊线虫3号生理小种的抗性主要由1对主基因控制,受环境影响较小。因此,在抗病育种中可在较低世代选择。In the past,an unequivocal demarcation of resistance and susceptibility which was only suitable for simple quality traitswas mostly used for genetic analysis of resistance to soybean cyst nematode(SCN).The resistance of soybean to SCN showed continuous variation in the separated progeny,showing the genetic characteristics of quantitative characters.In this study,'Jilin23'(JL23),a SCN resistant cultivar with excellent agronomic traits,was used as the female parent(P_(1))and'Jiyu86'(JY86),a SCN susceptible cultivar as the male parent(P_(2))for hybridization.Five generations(P_(1),P_(2),F_(1),F_(2),F_(2:3))were used to identify the SCN resistance phenotype.The windows software package SEA-G5 was used to fit the genetic model and estimate the genetic parameters.The results showed that the optimal genetic model for the resistance of JL23 to SCN was MX1-AD-ADI,which was consistent with one additive dominant major gene+additive dominant epistasis polygenes genetic model.The major gene showed negative additive effect,indicating that P_(1)(JL23)contributed disease-resistant genes.The dominant effect value of the major gene is negative,that is the FI on the heterozygous individual tends to lower value parents.The dominant degree r=0.534,indicated that the major gene performed partial dominance,and the negative additive effect of it was main.The heritability in F_(2) and F_(2:3) was 77.11%and 95.29%,respectively for the major gene,14.43%and 0,respectively for the polygenes.The above result showed that the resistance of JL23 to SCN was controlled by one major gene and was less affected by environmental factors.Therefore,the resistant progenies with JL23 as parents can be selected in the earlier generation.
