摘 要:本研究以‘紫油菜’和奥绿缓释肥(slow-release fertilizer,SRFs)为试验材料,通过测定‘紫油菜’形态、生物量和生理指标来研究奥绿缓释肥不同施用浓度下‘紫油菜’生长发育的特征,确定了适合‘紫油菜’生长发育的奥绿缓释肥的适宜施用浓度。研究结果表明:施用奥绿缓释肥的5个处理均不同程度优于不施缓释肥的处理(CK),随着缓释肥施用浓度的提高,各指标分别表现为:形态指标和生物量指标,随着施用浓度的增加,均呈现出先增加后保持平稳的变化趋势,处理H3(4 g/L)、H4(8 g/L)和H5(16 g/L)在上述2类指标上整体优于CK、H1(1 g/L)和H2(2 g/L),但是三者间的差异不具备显著性差异;H3(4 g/L)的生理指标要整体优于CK及其他4个处理,但是与H4和H5比较,多数指标不具备显著性差异,考虑到施肥的经济性及肥效表现,H3是较为理想的施肥浓度。此结果对其他十字花科植物的施肥策略有一定指导意义。In this study,'Ziyoucai'and Osmocote slow-release fertilizer(SRFs)were used as the experimental material.By measuring the morphology,biomass and physiological indexes of'Ziyoucai',the characteristics of'Ziyoucai'growth and development under different application concentrations of Osmocote SRFs were studied,and the appropriate application concentration of Osmocote SRFs suitable for'Ziyoucai'growth and development was determined.The results showed that the five treatments with Osmocote SRFs were better than those without SRFs(CK)in varying degrees.However,with the increase of the application concentration of SRFs,the morphological indexes and biomass indexes showed a trend of first increasing and then maintaining unchanged with the increase of application concentration,and the treatment of H3(4 g/L),H4(8 g/L)and H5(16 g/L).In the above two kinds of indexes,it is better than CK,H1(1 g/L)and H2(2 g/L),but the difference between the three is not obvious;the physiological indexes of H3(4 g/L)were better than CK and the other four treatments,but there was no significant difference compared with H4 and H5.In conclusion,considering the fertilization cost and fertilizer efficiency,H3 is an ideal fertilization concentration.The results have certain guiding significance for the fertilization strategies of other Brassicaceae plants.
