摘 要:为了解葡萄糖、磷酸二氢钾(KH_(2)PO_(4))和IBA对柚木(Tectona grandis)种子发芽、幼苗根系生长及其糖分含量的影响。本研究采用L9(34)正交试验设计开展试验研究,结果显示,试验组合的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、平均主根长、侧根长、侧根数、可溶性糖、蔗糖和淀粉含量分别为29.53%~49.05%、14.48%~27.40%、2.36~4.13粒/d、19.0~32.5 mm、2.3~9.2 mm、4.2~11.2条/株、1.57%~2.23%、0.03%~0.34%和0.70%~1.11%,处理组合间以上指标均呈现极显著差异(P<0.01);影响不同指标的主导因子亦不同。适宜浓度葡萄糖(5%)、KH_(2)PO_(4)(5%)和IBA(0.09 g/L)组合浸种可提高种子发芽率,浸种后最高的发芽率比对照提高66%;根系生长发育和糖分积累对试验因素及其最佳浓度的需求不相同,需要根据苗木培育的不同目的,选择最佳方案开展浸种;侧根发育是苗木生长的关键要素,10%葡萄糖、10%KH_(2)PO_(4)和0.09 g/L IBA混合液浸种12 h的侧根发育较佳,柚木苗木培育中,可用此方案浸种培育壮苗。本研究可丰富柚木发芽、根系生长发育和非结构性碳水化合物浓度变化的相关资料,为发芽率的提高和壮苗培育提供浸种处理的参考。In order to understand the effects of glucose,potassium dihydrogen phosphate(KH_(2)PO_(4))and IBA on seed germination,root growth and sugar content of teak(Tectona grandis)seedlings.L9(34)orthogonal design was applied to carry out the experimental in the study.The results showed that germination rates,germination potentials,germination indexes,mean lengths of taproots and lateral roots,number of lateral roots,soluble sugar,sucrose and starch contents for different treatment combinations were 29.53%~49.05%,14.48%~27.40%,2.36~4.13 seed/d,19.0~32.5 mm,2.3~9.2 mm,4.2~11.2 root/seedling,1.57%~2.23%,0.03%~0.34%and 0.70%~1.11%,respectively,with significant differences in the above indexes among treatment combinations(P<0.01);the dominant factors affecting different parameters were differences.It was could increase seed germination rate with suitable concentration mixed solution of the glucose(5%),KH_(2)PO_(4)(5%)and IBA(0.09 g/L)to soak the seeds,which the highest germination rate was 66%higher than that of control;the root growth and sugar accumulation had different requirements for the experimental factors and their optimum concentration,it is necessary to choose the best scheme to soak seeds according to the different purposes of seedling cultivation;the lateral root development is the pivotal factor of seedling growth,the lateral root development was better when the seeds were soaked in mixed solution of the 10%glucose with 10%KH_(2)PO_(4) and 0.09 g/L IBA for 12 h,so that could be employed in the seedling cultivation of teak to soak the seeds.The research could enrich the relevant documents of on seed germination of the teak,root growth and development,non-structural carbohydrate concentration change of teak seedlings,it provides a reference for seed soaking treatment for the increase of germination rate and raising sound seedlings.
