摘  要:为研究不同种源福建柏叶片形态的变异特征和生理特性,以期为福建柏良种选育提供科学依据。本试验对15个种源福建柏叶片性状及叶绿素荧光参数进行测定,分析福建柏叶片形态特征及生理特性在不同种源间的变化规律。结果表明:福建柏各叶功能性状均达到极显著水平(P<0.01),变异幅度为15.03%~27.05%之间,种源遗传力均达55%以上。叶长在种源间和种源内变异系数均最大,分别为27.05%、25.69%;叶面积以15号种源最大,为2.050 cm^(2);叶厚度种源遗传力最大,为0.962;PSⅡ潜在光化学活性(F_(v)/F_(o))、PSⅡ电子传递效率(F_(m)/F_(o))和光适应下PSⅡ实际光量子产额(YⅡ)在种源间存在显著差异(P<0.05)。福建柏叶长与经度、纬度呈正相关关系,而叶宽和纬度呈极显著正相关关系;叶厚度与经度呈极显著负相关,长宽比与纬度呈显著负相关,叶面积与年均温呈显著负相关。光适应下PSⅡ实际光量子产额(YⅡ)与表观电子传递效率(Electron transport rate)呈极显著正相关。福建柏叶片表型性状在种源间和种源内均存在丰富的遗传变异,且种源间的变异大于种源内的变异;不同种源福建柏叶片具有从西到东变长变薄的趋势、从南到北具有变狭长趋势,叶面积随日照时数的增加表现出变大的趋势。通过主成分分析进行综合评价,综合排名前5的种源依次为13、11、12、15和10号,处于福建柏分布范围的东南部,主要为福建省当地种源。研究结果为福建柏的引种选育及改良提供参考依据。In order to study the leaf morphological variation and physiological characteristics of different provenances of Fokienia hodginsii,and to provide a theoretical basis for breeding F.hodginsii.In this experiment,leaf traits and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of 15 provenances of F.hodginsii were measured,and the changes of leaf morphological and physiological characteristics among different provenances were analyzed.The results showed that there were extreme significant levels to leaf area,leaf thickness,leaf length,leaf width and length-width ratio of F.hodginsii from different provenances(P<0.01),with the variation coefficients fluctuating between 15.03%and 27.05%and the average heritability exceeding 55%.The variation coefficients of leaf length among and within provenances were 27.05%and 25.69%,respectively,which reached the maximum.The largest leaf area was 2.050 cm2 of provenance No.15.The heritability of provenances in leaf thickness reached the highest of 0.962.There were significant differences in the potential photochemical activity of PSⅡ(F_(v)/F_(o)),electron transfer efficiency of PSⅡ(F_(m)/F_(o)),and actual photonic quantum yield of PSⅡunder light adaptation(P<0.05).Leaf length was positively related with longitude and latitude,while leaf width was positively correlated with latitude.There was a significant negative relation between leaf thickness and longitude,and a significant negative relation between length-width ratio and latitude.There was a significant negative relation between leaf area and average annual temperature.The actual photonic quantum yield of PSⅡ(YⅡ)under light adaptation was positively related with the maximum photosynthetic electron transport efficiency(ETR)under photoinhibition.There are abundant genetic variations in leaf phenotypic traits among and within provenances,and the variation among provenances is greater than that within provenances.The leaves of F.hodginsii from different provenances tend to become longer and thinner from west to east,and longer and na
