摘  要:本研究探讨了长角豆提取物(Ceratonia siliqua extract,CSE)与高强度间歇训练(HIIT)联合干预对肥胖大鼠心肌线粒体功能的影响。采用高脂饮食诱导肥胖模型大鼠,并分别给予CSE、HIIT及两者联合干预。结果显示,与单一干预相比,CSE和HIIT的联合应用显著提高了心脏功能指标,降低了血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平并升高了HDL-C。此外,联合干预组显著降低了心脏炎症因子TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6的水平,增强了SOD、CAT和GPx等抗氧化酶活性,恢复了线粒体功能基因(NRF1,TFAM,MGMT和ATP5A1)的表达。综上所述,CSE与HIIT的协同作用在减轻肥胖相关的心脏炎症和氧化应激方面表现出显著的保护效果,有望作为肥胖相关心血管疾病的潜在干预策略。This study investigated the effects of Ceratonia siliqua extract(CSE)combined with high-intensity interval training(HIIT)on cardiac mitochondrial function in obese rats.Obesity was induced by a high-fat diet,and rats received interventions of CSE,HIIT,or both.Results showed that combined intervention significantly improved cardiac function,reduced serum TC,TG,LDL-C levels,and increased HDL-C compared to single treatments.Furthermore,the combination significantly reduced cardiac inflammatory markers(TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6),enhanced antioxidant enzymes(SOD,CAT,GPx)activities,and restored the expression of mitochondrial function genes(NRF1,TFAM,MGMT,ATP5A1).In conclusion,the synergistic effect of CSE and HIIT showed significant cardioprotective potential by mitigating obesity-related cardiac inflammation and oxidative stress,suggesting a promising strategy for cardiovascular disease associated with obesity.
