摘　　要：本研究探讨了种业在粮食安全预警与应急机制中的核心作用。高质量种子作为农业生产的基础,不仅能够显著提高作物产量与抗逆性,还在稳定粮食供应中发挥关键作用。种业通过提供精准数据和优质种源,为构建高效的粮食安全预警机制提供支撑,实现对潜在风险的早期识别与防控。在粮食危机发生时,种业通过快速供应适宜种子和技术支持,帮助农民恢复生产,降低供应波动风险。埃塞俄比亚推行多样化小麦品种的成功经验表明,种业创新显著增强了粮食安全能力,而坦桑尼亚在市场机制与技术推广中的不足则揭示了现有体系的薄弱环节。本研究还分析了种业在应对气候变化、市场机制不完善和政策支持不足等方面的挑战,并提出通过技术创新、健全市场机制与加强政策扶持等策略,以进一步强化种业在全球粮食安全保障中的关键作用。This study examines the pivotal role of the seed industry in food security early warning and emergency response mechanisms.High-quality seeds,as the foundation of agricultural production,not only significantly enhance crop yield and resilience but also play a critical role in stabilizing food supply.By providing precise data and superior seed resources,the seed industry supports the development of efficient food security early warning systems,enabling early identification and prevention of potential risks.During food crises,the seed industry facilitates rapid provision of suitable seeds and technical support,aiding farmers in restoring production and mitigating supply fluctuations.Ethiopia's successful implementation of diverse wheat varieties demonstrates the significant impact of seed industry innovation on strengthening food security,while Tanzania's shortcomings in market mechanisms and technology dissemination reveal vulnerabilities in the current system.This study also analyzes challenges faced by the seed industry,including climate change,imperfect market mechanisms,and insufficient policy support.It proposes strategies such as technological innovation,improved market systems,and strengthened policy support to further enhance the seed industry's critical role in ensuring global food security.
